Cambodia NIS adds more surveys to its upgraded on-line survey catalog ! (16 September 2011)

The National Institute of Statistics of Cambodia (NIS) has recently added six new surveys to its National Data Archive (NADA, www.nis.gov.kh/nada), which itself was upgraded to the newer Version 3.1 software.

The new surveys were documented during the DDI Production Workhop held in Sihanoukville, Cambodia by 17 NIS staff on September 12 to 16, 2011. The Workshop aimed to improve their technical capacity to document, archive and disseminate their surveys. Four more survey rounds of the Cambodia Socio-Economic Survey, also documented during the Workshop, will soon be completed and added to the NADA.

The NIS NADA, which was launched in July 2010, initially with ten surveys running on NADA version 2.0, now has enhanced search capabilities and navigation.
