ADP assists countries with NADA upgrades (November - December 2013)

ADP is providing technical assistance to NSOs and agencies to upgrade and customize their NADAs to the latest available version.

A number of countries (21) as shown below, have already upgraded to NADA 4 from the previous version 2 and 3 and more agencies will continue to upgrade before the end of the year.

In June, four IHSN regional NADA training workshops on upgrading and administration were organized for NADA administrators from several countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Following the workshop, remote support and expert missions were also provided to the countries which requested further assistance and intensive training to NADA staff. The new NADAs feature more user-friendly screens, enhanced microdata and metadata quality and enforced internet security. ADP hopes that the remaining NADAs will be upgrade to the newest version shortly!
