Jordan: Survey Metadata Production Workshop and NADA 4.0 upgrade at the Department of Statistics (DOS) (February 2014)

The Department of Statistics (DOS) in Jordan held a Survey Metadata Production Workshop and upgraded their NADA system to version 4.0. The dates of the workshop were February 21-27. Two NADAs were updated: an Arabic site and a English site. Fifteen additional surveys were documented and require revision before posting on the NADA. There were fifteen participants in the worshop. Currently only four surveys have been posted on the English NADA. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Haitham Jawabreh from PCBS. A program of regional support is being elaborated to assist with data documentation and dissemination.
