Three representatives from the Central Russian Statistics Offices (ROSSTAT) visited the OECD offices to receive an introduction to the Toolkit and best practices in data archiving. The representatives met for two days to discuss the tools provided in the IHSN Microdata Management Toolkit. The representatives were from the Household Budget Survey Division and the tools were well received. ROSSTAT representatives will return to Moscow and discuss the next steps to implement the tools.
